How much does a 15m² home extension cost?
Our 15m² Compact Extension package is €50,000 inc VAT.
It includes strip foundations, insulated cavity block walls, an insulated floor and roof, and full compliance certification. It’s ideal for creating a home office, utility room, guest room or playroom.
How much does a 20m² home extension cost?
Our 20m² Medium Extension package is €60,000 inc VAT.
It includes insulated block construction, insulated floor and roof, integration with the existing home and full compliance certification. It’s a versatile size for a larger living area, home office, study or playroom.
How much does a 30m² home extension cost?
Our 30m² Large Extension package is €90,000 inc VAT.
It includes insulated cavity-wall construction, 150mm floor insulation, a pitched tiled or slate roof, two roof windows, doors and windows, and full compliance certification.
It’s ideal for creating a substantial open-plan kitchen, dining and living space.
Are there any additional costs?
Some works fall outside the standard extension packages. For example, adding a WC bathroom is €5,000, while removal of the existing rear wall, where required, is not included and typically costs around €7,000.
