Structural alterations and new layouts
Removing internal walls to open up the ground floor, new openings, steel beams sized and certified by our structural engineer, and reworked layouts that suit how you actually live. All structural work is engineer-designed and certified.
Kitchens and bathrooms within the renovation
Where the renovation includes a new kitchen or bathroom we handle the lot: layout, first and second fix plumbing and electrics, tiling, fitting and finishing, so it is one project and one team rather than four separate trades to coordinate.

How much does a home renovation cost in Kildare?
It depends entirely on the house and the scope, which is why we do not publish a single figure for renovations. After a site visit you get one fixed price, inc VAT, with the scope written down. If it helps for budgeting, our extension packages run from €50,000 and internal wall removal from €8,000.
Do you take on kitchen or bathroom only jobs?
We take on kitchens and bathrooms as part of a wider renovation. If your project is a single room refit on its own, we are probably not the right fit and will tell you straight away rather than waste your time.
Do I need planning permission for a renovation?
Internal renovations do not need planning permission. Extensions under 40m² to the rear are usually exempt, and larger changes may need an application. We tell you exactly where your project stands at the survey visit.
Can I live in the house during the work?
Usually yes for partial renovations, and we phase the work and protect the rest of the house to make that workable. For a full strip-back renovation it is often quicker and cheaper to move out for the core works, and we will be honest with you about which applies.
