Surehome is a small building company that was established in 2001in Kildare. We have a full time permanent team of 3 site crews ,a project manager and office manager . We are a direct to homeowner business and after many years of experience we now specialize in home extensions ,structural alterations and refurbishments. Our aim is to deliver hassle free , high quality home improvements and to our leave our customers happy with the finished product.

On intial contact we will provide an estimate budget figure .If this figure is within the customers budget expectation we will then arrange a site visit.During the site visit we will take measurements of the works area and detailed notes of the customers requirements. A detailed line by line quotation will then follow within 2 weeks.
After the quotation if the customer wants to proceed we will make any revisions needed to the scope of works and then issue a services agreement .The services agreement includes the final scope of works , a Gantt chart programme outlining each weeks targets and completion date and, a payment schedule which is linked to the programme of works .The work is then booked in for agreed dates.
