RSJ Clad in Fire-Resistant Plasterboard

Once in place, the structural steel beam is fully clad in fire-resistant plasterboard to meet Irish building regulations and fire safety standards. The finished result is a neat, concealed beam that can be plastered flush or boxed out to suit your design preference.

Making Good — Walls, Floor and Ceiling

Where the wall previously met the floor, ceiling and adjacent walls, we carry out all necessary making-good works. This means filling, patching and preparing the abutment areas so the finished space looks seamless — ready for your decorator.

Professional Plastering

All affected areas are finished with professional plaster work, leaving walls and ceiling smooth and ready for painting. There are no rough edges, no visible patches — just a clean, finished surface.

Engineer Certification
